Later she goes to Paris to a cooking school, and when she comes back to her home she learns to be more confident in herself and to find what true love means, and it takes time and experience to find the path. She is a great example of what some teen girls feel, and how sometimes it seems to give up on everything in anyway, and Sabrina learns to be confident, and have adventure, to also endure, and to also trust in others. Her personality is: shy at first, to taking up new challenges, not giving up, to remember that morals are important, and to love and not give it up.

...Continued
Is a girl that feels insecure, not beautiful in any degree, and is just an anyday average teen girl. Bella moves to Forks in Washington ,and when she gets there she meets a mysterious boy by the name of Edward Cullins, and she starts getting to know him as well starts to have emotions developing up for this boy she met through school. She finds out later that he is a Vampire and she still wants to be with him even if it is dangerous, and later on in the series there is a love triangle between a friend of her's she has known and the Vampire. Teen girls can connect with Bella because of her insecurity, not feeling beautiful, lost, and just feeling like an average girl, that is why girl's can easily connect with her without the Vampires. Most/Some girls want to have that perfect guy that will protect them, and make them feel loved, and that someone to love them back, but the point is not that, it is Bella's Characteristics and "how" she can connect to the girls. Bella is the most typical and everday girl with the same trials a girl goes through, and that is: school, boyfriends, feeling insecure, not perfect, and this is how the teen girls can connect with her, and how she is in ways a role-model to most/some teens.
This is a series based of the books by Stephenie Meyer. Hardwicke, C. (Director), Weitz, C. (Director), Slade, D. (Director), & Condon, B. (Performer) (2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012). the twilight saga [Movie].

Soon Meggie is pulled into a worlld of magic, were it is possible to read anything out of books, but there is a catch to it, and it is when something is read out then something is brought into that book. Meggie is a girl who is always reading, and would read anything that had a happy ending with no sadness. She is always looking for an adventure, and loves anything with books, she is also not social at first. Meggie is mainly always wanting adventure, reading anything from books, and loves them, she also is compassionate, helpful to those around her, loves animals, enjoys scenery, has courage, and loves her father above anything else. Girl Heroes From Motion Pictures
Every girl has a role-model, and it can be anyone they look up too that has done them good in their life. There is so many role-models that girls look up to that have helped girls grow up strong and confident, and it can be just one that fits them and you personally; it does not have to be with what other people want you to be. I chose these role-models because most of them are known among the teens of now and they can relate to them easily to what is going on around them personally. Some of the role-models I have chosen are not totally perfect( because who is ever totally perfect) but they still have a great character to those who see that character as "their' role-model. Now here they are:
The Hunger Games: Katniss Everdeen- Portrayed By: Jennifer Lawrence
Is a 16yr old girl who li
ves in a dystopian Earth in the future. She is a strong-willed character who is always striving to provide for her family, and to sacrifice everything she has to help the needs of mother and sister(Primrose). Every year there is a game called The Hunger Games and it is a survival game that the capitol folk love to watch, and Katniss takes the place of her sister to save her from being trapped in the games. Katniss is not perfect she has her ups and downs as the story progresses, and is a likable character to most/some girls, and she has confidence with, being stubborn, feisty, and can be ill-tempered to some people, yet she is compassionate about the ones in need, and feels strongly about her family and friends in protecting them: no matter what. This is portrayed off of the Hunger Games Series by Suzanne Collins, that is now a movie.

The Harry Potter Series: Hermione Granger- Portrayed By: Emma Watson

She meets Ron, and Harry who become her friends eventually, and the trio spend their time learning magic, but also going through some tough trials that all of them have to face in the books. Hermione is known to be extremely smart, and knowing how to learn spellcasting from the beginning of the series. She was at first a bit snoppish but eventually grew out of it, and is also caring, brave, not willing to give and will endure to the end, and is willing to help her friends through their troubles, is not quick to judge, but can be irritated at times and get sometimes mad (mainly at Harry and also Ron sometimes) at certian people. Girls look up to her for her compassion, courage, and her knowledge of intelligence through out the books, and girls look up to that in her. Welcome!
Hi, My name is Sarah and this is for my Capstone Project in School.
The reason why I have this webpage is so teen girls or anyone can ask me about Women's Self-Defense, but also to ask what to do when caught in a situation they do not know what to do and are scared, so this is where I come into play. I will be having simple lessons and chats posted on here about assortment of information and guiding tools, that will help in protecting yourself from danger and by all means anything that is appropriate for this matter. Along with the lessons and guiding tools I will be posting websites for information and where to go to if to you are wanting to go more in depth on wanting to progress on W.S.D, another thing I will add is powerpoints of mine that I have done on all of my research. I will be adding also tidbits of Information on different subject matters that will be surprising, but it will deal with W.S.D and is involved in it. Women's Self-Defense is not just about learning to protect one's self it is also on the appearance of the person and behavior, and is on improving women and girls to be themselves and not what others want. Other lesson I willl be posting is on how effective a certain technique can and will be to the targeted attacker. Well this was my first post and I hope you will comment to what will be teaching. Thank You!
